Free Buyers Remorse Returns
We have a 30-day FREE return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a Buyer's Remorse return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused (if the light has been installed that is considered used), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@lightingwithinnovations.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and RGA document that must go in the return box. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at sales@lightingwithinnovations.com.
Defective Products or Shipping Damage
Please note: If you receive broken glass or light bulbs, contact us at sales@lightingwithinnovations.com. Please include your order number and the number of broken glass. If possible a picture of the broke glass is also great for our QA department. We will get new glass or bulbs shipped right out.
If you receive an otherwise product with shipping damage or a product that is defective in any way other that broken glass, please send an email to sales@lightingwithinnovations.com with a description of the problem with pictures please. (Pictures Are Required). We will get a new product or part on the way that immediately. We will email you a prepaid FedEx label to retrieve the defective product our expense.
Exchanges
In the case of a different size glass we can possibly do and exchange on some lights fixtures, otherwise, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less return shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
